iPhone App
We have listened to feedback and invested in creating a new updated version of the SAP iPhone application “myERP myCRM Database”. The new version has better functionality and usability to help you in your day to day SAP environment.

This is a free update for all existing application owners.
Version 2.0 of the myERP myCRM Database application has a new graphical user interface. New button permits favorite transactions to be emailed to a PC to be uploaded into SAP.
One is still able to add user name and password hints, for each system and client. (Note these password hints are not encrypted.) They are also not mandatory to be used.
The help files have been updated.

You may add your favorite Transaction Codes, Tables and Reports into a personal ERP favorites list. You can also group favorites with their own folder or relationship group key. Yes, the folders are automatically copied into SAP when you import the favorites too. It is recommended to use folders, then all transaction codes with the same folder name will be grouped together. (If folders do not have names then the transaction is copied within a folder, but the folder is copied with a blank name. You can then drag the transactions in SAP out of the folders and group them.)
An example of editing a transaction. Create your own or change folder names or descriptions. Note if you create a folder, all transactions with that same folder name will be grouped together in SAP when you import the transactions into SAP. If you leave the folder blank each transaction will be imported with its own blank folder name. (Hint – Use folder names!)
Delete Favorites or edit them.
Add or Search or Edit or mark a Table or Transaction Code or Report as a Favorite.

Add or Search or Edit or Mark a transaction as a favourite.
Export your favourite transactions for CRM and ERP via email to your work PC.
This will create a email and automatically export and attach the favorite transaction codes to your email.- Save the file from your email to your PC. (For example desktop.)
Select Upload from PC. Then select the file you have just saved.
Then select the file you have just saved.
Select Append.
The result is your favorites will be automatically updated. If you used folders in the iPhone App for your transaction codes, they will be grouped per folder. If you did not use folders each transaction code will be in its own folder. Simply drag and drop transaction code favorites into other folders in SAP.

The new application has been submitted to Apple today and should be available for download within 10 days.
Great News – Version 2 – of “myERP myCRM Database” has just been approved and released on iTunes for sale.
